Valerie Page, Co - founder

With over a decade of experience in education, Valerie brings a zeal for learning aimed at improving student engagement and academic performance. Her leadership style is characterized by a collaborative approach, fostering a positive school culture, and prioritizing the well-being of both students and staff.

Valerie presently serves as a Preschool Special Education Administrator for the NYC Public Schools. During her tenure, she has served in multiple capacities, including mentoring, District Representative for the Committee on Special Education, Dean of Students, and a Special Education teacher.

Valerie holds a School District Leader (SDL) and School Building Leader (SBL) License, from the College of St. Rose, a Master’s Degree in Special and General Education Grades 1-6 from Touro University, with an extension in Birth – 2 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, from Marist College. Outside of her professional life, Valerie enjoys spending time with her teenage children and dogs, international travel and taking on an arts and craft project.

Ariel Randall, Co - founder

Ariel has a passion for teaching students with special needs. Ariel fell in love with this work through her experience as a Teaching Assistant in a private school for students with special needs. This led her to pursue a career in teaching, ultimately landing a position with the NYC Public Schools as a District 75 grades K – 2 teacher.
 
Ariel holds a  Master’s Degree in Special and General Education Grades 1-6 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She is also an active board member of the Rockaway Beach Autism Families (RBAF). She enjoys her dynamic many roles and aims to continue advocating for equity in special education. 
 
During her down time, she can be found  spending her evenings trying out new restaurants or traveling within and outside of the country.
