About Us

At Inclusive Instruction Essentials LLC, our mission is to empower and equip educational professionals with innovative and inclusive instructional practices. We are committed to supporting schools and families in maximizing their effectiveness when working with the diverse learning needs of each child. We provide our clients with our collective professional experience, hands-on resources, and targeted professional development workshops. It is our hope that every individual will walk away feeling supported, prepared and more knowledgeable.

Our Why

Growing up in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and East N.Y., respectively, we have first hand knowledge of being educated within marginalized and underserved communities. It wasn’t until we pursued our careers in teaching that we noticed the educational inequities and lack of access that exist within the school system. More specifically, the disparities among students with disabilities and the English Language Learners population. As a result, we decided to create a platform, where we can positively impact student learning and expand educational quality.
